webhelp is an inbound call center, that works hand in hand with our UK clients(Vodafone UK) I work in the small business department, which is mainly our Contract users My day to day would be, explaining bills and giving breakdowns of any extra usage charges, taking payment, making follow up of repairs and deliveries, and lastly dealing with unhappy clients. I'm a team player, if my co-worker is struggling with a query related to their customer id help out, we work together and we come up with solutions of helping our customers I enjoy the human interaction I have with UK'ains, and my satisfaction would be helping my customers out until we come up with a solution or resolving their issue. whats challenging for me is our systems whereby the system would shut down in the middle of conversations with customers, especially unhappy ones

Excellent learning curve

Working there was great at first! Amazing place, great people different cultured customers. The competition between us advisors was fun, everyone wanted to be number one. I've learnt a great deal in that place. Then the long hours kicked in, I barely saw my family- people I actually live with and the social life slowly died. The worst part has to be payroll. We have issues with them every month with no fail.

Cons: Long working hours, minimal time with family and friends outside of work,

Excellent customer service

working at Webhelp has been a learning adventure as you do not only learning about the product being sold but also the people you will be working closely with. i have been able to meet great people that have dreams and goals that they would like to achieve. Determined individuals. i have learnt that one needs to be patient and understanding with your co-workers as well as the customers. Professionalism is the key to everything. I enjoyed speaking to different people and learning more about the company and its work ethics. Challenging aspects although it is more of growth is learning to deal with different personalities whether on the phone or with co-workers. best way to learn about people and the things that upset the in terms of how they are treated on the phone or how the company is providing their services. I believe that there i no bad news or bad ratings as those are ways that as an individual you could learn and grow yourself.

I learnt alot and have gained alot of experience

I learnt a lot and gained alot of expiriance. The company as a whole is not bad it just that there's always pay queries and the off days are not what they said it would be when we started.

Pros: Lot of room to learn New things management listens to what you have to say

Great Starter Upper, Loads of Growth potential, easy, step by step training.

Punctuality is the key to any caontact centre and superb adherence is never overlooked where incentive is granted to consultants. 30 to an hour before ones shift to login to eliminate any system issues before actually going 'Ready' to take calls ontime. I liase easily with management and colleagues which makes the environment much better to make the day go quicker. I learn everyday as everyone is different and as well as customers who let us know about a thing or 2 about themselves which makes our jobs better for an amazing customer experience. I enjoy everyone minute of my shift everyday, as repore while getting the job done is the ultimate achievement for me on every call. The most chellenging, is the rotational shifts and long hours.

I find pleasure in hard work and dedication

I am a young, energetic hard working young woman who believes that with hard work and sacrifice I am able to achieve my goals. I am known to have excellent people skills and I am well dependent on for more responsibility in a work place. I believe have learnt in my previous working experiences that when doing your best to reach your goals you will encounter challenges and this excites me to prove myself more in my position. I typical day of work to me would be reaching my stats, doing the best I can and asking for feedback on my progress. My co- workers depend on me for help and support when needed and this helps me grow more as a person of professional criteria.

Pros: I have been chosen second in command and dependable for more responsibility in my work place
Cons: I do not mind working long hours as I beleive that every business has specific requirements which I am please to adhere to.

Flexible employee

I was flexible in a way that everyday I dealt with irrate customers but still got through the day,so what I'm implying is that I could work with hard customers and make sure they do understand that am there for to help them. what I truly enjoyed with my challenges is that it made my work much more easier I got used to pressure in a way that it wasn't pressure no more. I have gained too much experience from those customers what customer service is and how you should remember the statement that says A customer is always right.

Developed speaking skills

I have learnt how to communicate with international customers and I dI'd make sure that I get 10 out of 10 for my quality assurance and feedback from the customers, I have learnt how to work with both irrate and normal customers.This company dedicated me to the point that I know how important it is to assist someone with something they don't know.
