Great place to work at. Working hours are challenging. The workload is very high but team members help each other through it.. I have learnt how to effectively plan my day for maximum results there are great incentives for good performance

Its a rollercoaster learning curve

good working relationship with co-workers, gained experience, too much pressure, on a normal day can do 50 calls, good stats are forced even though the process of the company inconveniences customers.

Pros: great opportunity of an entry level
Cons: imbalanced shifts
