Great learning experience

My most favorite was going through customers statements with them to make sure how their bills came about .Work would make one expect a busy day of course especially if its peak season or towards the end of the year, customers call in frantically and we'll need to have all inbound calls attended to and make sure customers leave the phone feeling assisted and satisfied with service altogether. It's a nice environment where your able to get along with your colleagues and certain areas to let off some steam or on a very stressfull day.The best practices I would say were taught and needed to be mastered were how to empathetic when dealing with our customers , be able to relate to a customers situation or feel where their coming from which helps loosen knots when conversation with customers and getting their issues fixed .The most challenging situation I could say I've faces was being able to overturn or influence an irate customer and completing the task so that he /she goes off the phone happy and understood.

Pros: Great place to attain the necessary or required skill
Cons: Long hours , slightly extended at times during peak , growth within company I'd slow if not completely limited to certain individuals, payroll issues every second month and false promises.

Great experience gained and I have learned slot.

Working at webhelp it also groom me as an individual to independent, be determined to achieve my objectives, be able to deal with different challenges.

Pros: Gained slot of experience
Cons: Long working hour, not being transparent to employees about the changes occurred, forced overtime and also bad treatment from the team leaders

Perfect Candidate :-)

In the payroll department I do a lot of admin because I am considered as a very good admin person and I have been promoted because of this fact. I do telephonic confirmation over the phone and I have very good telephone etiquette. I am a very helpful person, as I was told by all my colleagues and co workers, I was nominated for the role model of the month twice because co workers because of this. I love admin work because I enjoy writing, stationery, being organised, being creative.

Pros: You and your clients are going to recognize that I work to make people happy all the time consistently.
Cons: No off days :-(

Great for inexperienced candidates

Great for in experienced candidates to kick start their careerthis is It is a good company to kick start your career. Not suitable for people with experience

Great communication skills acquired

I had learnt a great deal about customers and customer care which all also revealed skills in me that I hadn't realised .also opening me to a chance for growth. My time there was not wasted.

Pros: Very welcoming ,professional work place
Cons: Long hours
