I am Olivier Ngwanga Djamana , I have a bachelor Technology in mechanical engineering from the University of Johannesburg. I started my career in 2011 at Minopex (a Mineral Processing Company) as a junior engineer in Training. I was exposed in the underground and open cast mine. As a Junior engineer in training I was working closely with Fitters and Senior engineers. Weatherford Cape Town

I started at Weatherford in November 2008 and was retrenched in February of 2017. In my time at Weatherford I experienced a very high paced industry that was very rewarding but also extremely stressful and cut throat. Traveling in to the heart of Africa & working in the jungle is an experience i will never forget, traveling trough Nigeria with armed guards for protection everyday is also something that you don't forget very easily.

Pros: Good Salaries, Good Benefits, once in a life time experiences
Cons: Extremely Stressful, High employee turnover, Miss management

Operation Manager

After being retracted at my previous company. I welcome the opportunity to work at my family business. It's a great learning experience, which I have grown a lot as an individual. As a operation manager is there forever mean that I am responsible for any decision. From negotiations of terms and conditions of the contract to seeing that delivies happens in time.

Pros: Great learning experience.
Cons: Very long working hours. Monday - Monday.
