Communication skill

The ability to work with everyone within and outside the organization has strengthened and enhanced my communicating skill. Performing the duties of a receptionist also enhanced and strengthened my organizing skills, being customer orientated and my interpersonal skills were enhanced. Common methods and challenges

I don’t rely on common methods to solve a problem but address each situation with creative solutions. I look at each problem with a fresh perspective. I always try to keep a positive attitude to show how much I enjoy my job. Every day I come to work with a smile on my face. I am constantly congratulating others on their successes. When others need encouragement, I try and motivate them to keep improving My verbal communication skills have been excellent, but I want to grow in my written communication skills. I enjoy helping people coming to solutions in solving a particular problem. Planning and Creating new ideas are my most skilled performance. Conflicts and Tensions may arouse,and if carefully managed it can trigger useful debates but It’s how we handle the conflict that makes a difference.

Communication skills

Generally as a rule of thumb I try and be very critical (and honest) of myself on areas I can improve on. This gives me goals that I can aim for in the following year, and generally shows my Manager that I take my job rather seriously, even if there are some things I could certainly improve on. So far it's worked out for me rather well.I can work with anyone one and get along with them easy because i know how to speak with people and respect them so most of my time i work with the different kind of people as a team and enjoy everyone company. Sometimes i meet co workers who are very difficult to work with but i managed to ignore them and done my work as my managers expect me to do so.

Career Growth

Processing of claims and updating claims schedule and sending claims to the insurer for approval My relationship with co-workers is great and quite good. We like family and share a lot I have learned to be a hard worker and taking into account the importance of our clients and making sure that they receive excellent service from us. I enjoy everything about my position and that the client are always happy The most challenging aspect of the job is when we dont get an increase and bonus from the company. Against all odd we still strive for doing our work with excellence

I believe I have the experience required for the position. My experience demonstrates that I have been working with clients / customers for the past 10 years. The duties for the position match the experience that I possess. I further have all the competencies required for the advertised job.
