Excellent learning curve. Aggravating ability to work under pressure and being service orientated

*Attending to and making calls to customers *Route planning *Management of drivers *Decisive decision making *Containment of operating costs *Always plan in advance *Be ready to change decisions which were planned in advance *Thinking out of the box *Enjoyed liaising with different types of people and be ready to adapt to changes

Working hard but not being recognized

Driving the whole gauteng buying cars from clients. We driving with team of two personnel in the car which is making our relationship more connected because we share every challenges together. I have learnt lots about car,things like assessing,giving quotations,prices,and giving a guideon how to sell or buying a car. I enjoy when our team is doing the best and seeing out client on time and finish out task on time. It challenges when it raining and not to be able to spot spray works on the car or or buying car that not matches their year models.

Pros: There is no promotion of you don't have anyone who knows you
Cons: Working in the field is fun because when we finish with our appointmenta we go home and get ready for tomorrow

Why not have an awesome work environment

Everyday is a new day in our company. We all work hard and enjoy each other on a daily basis. Dealing with the worst costumers and the absolute best, encouraging each other because at the end you spend more time at work then home so why not have an awesome work environment

Pros: Gaining experience, you learn everyday how to deal with different situations and also having you co workers become live family
Cons: Working on Sundays not being compensated for overtime
