Excellent experience and learnings curve

In my company we depend on each other to achieve the company's vision mission and goals. Enjoy working in group and helping one another. I have experienced a wide array of work environments, ranging from awesome to awful. These experiences have taught me that the type of work environment I’m in directly impacts both my personal and professional life. When looking for a company to work for, it’s not all about salary and vacation time anymore. People want to know about the culture, the opportunities for upward mobility, and the education and training made available to employees. People want to know which companies are the best places to work and what makes them great.

They are skills and experienves that i gained in my work place which are Good communication skills.

I have gained lots of experience and i am very thankful for the opportunity that i got in the company. They value custer needs a lots, i also i have eperience in working with different people

Learning curvw

Allocation of cash book transactions on Pastel Capture transactions on Pastel Assist with Board Pack preparation, Preparing Auditors file Assisting with preparing Income Statements and Balance sheet Payroll processing of EMP201 Processing General Ledger Accounts in processing (cashbooks, bank recon, journals) Preparing the payments for suppliers Receive all statements from suppliers for the Supply recons Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities My relationship with my finance time its good and we are able to ask for help, I have learnt alot toward them because of they are open mind if you wanna learn, Most challenging aspect of my job its time management when they want something from finance.

Excellent learning curve.

The environment is great and offered me an opportunity to learn and grow as a professional. Colleagues are very supporting and the line managers are easy to work with. The management itself they spend more on staff retreats and conferences to ensure the staff is kept motivated.

Cons: Underpaid
