Duties as a site agent

• Manage all contracts as agreed with the client • Implement tasks as per contractual agreements with the client • Liaise with both SHEQ personnel and Contracts manager on safety and running of the site • Conduct Site inspections to check equipment and safety of the site • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to the client as and when required by the client • Attend all clients meetings • Communicates with Contracts Manager on progress of the operations, • Conducts job observations and make recommendations • Participate in drawing up of quotes for the client • Manage and maintain good safety performance • Manage site productivity • Manage all plant and resources on site • Ensure that discipline is adhered at all times • Ensures that performance management is implemented
