Great company, good people, and exciting creative manufacturing.

I am 2nd in charge at Way Up Front. My duties cover Production Manager, HR manger and General Manager tasks on a daily basis. Every day brings a new creative task into play, and every day has new challenges. Thats what i love! I have a great team who love what they do. My managers and the staff treat me with respect which i believe is well earned and in turn I treat them with honesty and mutual respect.

Pros: I can run my own business (or someone elses) with the knowledge and expertise i have gained in all departments.
Cons: Stress is continuous as POS production timelines are very demanding.

Working as a positive team its very healthy, lot of ideas comes with better solutions.

good working enviroment, every day its a challenging day . positive mind and positive team work its a solution. every worker his views is valuable, opportunities are given to everyone. I want to leave because i want to advance my career to a better place

Pros: excellent working enviroment
Cons: lot of pressure but I can handle very well
