Its a very challenging Job We work under pressure at times The co-workers help each other and I learn new things almost everyday I've learned how to Reconcile and How to credit the customers and how to schedule our customers accordingly

I learn something new everyday

Working under pressure but getting good result at the end of the day I have good relations with my co-workers and we help each other in everything we do I've learned to be Patience and that clients are always right I enjoy the challenges I come across every day Delivering services on time and dealing with back locks

Very fulfilling learning experience

It was a beautiful opportunity , learning different characters, dealing with people , we had good times . My boss at times he was winding us we would laugh and have to days where we would shout at us because of maybe being under pressure or not happy about something. I enjoyed those happy days with my colleagues and having meal with my boss, and my other seniors during lunch time. My boss taught me so many things at times I felt like he was very ungrateful pushing me too hard whilst I was already working so hard yet he was pushing and he said that I see the potential in you , you can do it. Now I see that it wasn't easy hence it was worthy it, I wish I learned more from him.

Pros: Got promoted 3 times in the 3 years I worked there
Cons: During final years we were putting extra hours like working on weekends and long hours
