Excellent learning curve, gained sufficient experience in the waste management industry

To work for Waste Carriers has attributed great skill and knowledge to my career and skill. clients are always important and that is a standard that i always apply as ethical business practice. A typical working day is problem solving and customer care. I have very good relationship with my co-workers as we respect each other and work as a team (There is no weak links at the end of the day everybody is happy for we achieved the tasks and challenges together. What i enjoy most is taking on every task as a challenge and execute it to the best of my ability.

Pros: The pros in this job is that you sell a service and that is what satisfy me as an individual.

Learning curve

Well it was not that pleasant working there. There is no place to grow and they make empty promises. No morals and work ethics were put in place. There was alot direspect going around. Nothing was structural

Learning patience and to be the change I really want to see in this world

Extremely pressurized as I have to ensure compliance of the NEMA Act. Mostly do tenders for City of Cape Town Good relationship with co-workers I enjoy being out of the office - seeing clients and passing on my knowledge about environment preservation, thereby placing no risk to the environment Most challenging is ensuring compliance regarding OH&S and the transportation of dangerous goods (waste)
