Good environment to be exposured to highly technical projects but there is no investment in employee develoopment and growth is minimal. no promotions possible

Gained experience and knowledge.

It working for Washirika 3 Oaks was a great experience. I've gained knowledge of working with sub contractors that I haven't worked with before and had the opportunity to learn more about their field.

Pros: Great opportunity to work my way up to being a SHEQ Manager
Cons: Safety being overlooked by management

Great company

Excellent company to work for. Great team, motivated managers and staff. Employees feel appreciated. Good disciplined working environment. Currently under financial pressure due to construction industry difficulties. Middle management great motivates. We all stand together to keep the company going.
