Did many different duties, learn a vast amount in all departments.
Was in charge of the booking in of cell phones for repairs. Invoicing customers correctly for the repair or extra parts needed. Dealt with quotes and assisted the walk in customers as well as sort out any queries and complaints. Put the claims through each department. Did most of the training for the different systems used, and the training of different department systems. Had a great relationship with all co-workers and management. Learnt how to operate different devices and to asses any faults. I enjoyed my work experience and the advantages of knowing all the systems. Most challenging was the retrenchment process and the dealing with the aggravated customers.

Career driven
I started in 1999 as a Cashier and quickly progressed as follows: Credit Controller, Credit Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Trace Administrator and Voluntary Surrender Manager. I took every chance to learn, from Sales, compiling Reports and Figures, setting Targets, Debt Collections, Credit Granting, Stock and Management. It surely made me confidence to take on any task at hand.
