Excellent Analyst

Using Microscope to identify different minerals , texture and sizes. Using PC to verify check and classification phases. Challenging job but intererting to see many kinds of Minerals. We work as team respectfully with our Lab Assistant Specialist Supervisor and Manager. I learnt a lot with minerals Diamonds specifi2ly and I didnt know they got many colourz. That was what I learnt.and experienced. I enjoyed working with Microscope bcs I discovered lot of changes in mineral bcs of weathering.Merits at the end of year and archivements. The challenges were that u mustnt miss grains when sorting they count against you and they reflect in ur merits.

Pros: Promotion when u excell
Cons: from 7 to 3:30 sat sumtymz

Excellent Analyst

I worked hand in hand with colleagues, assits each in difficult times . I learnt many about grains, weathering , ages of minerals, I enjoyed separating grains according to colours textures and integrity of grainsg . The challenging aspects was when u missed grains that u were supposed to pick up when sorting. And that wil affect ur merits.a

Pros: Great opporvnity in promotions and work in Africa Angola
Cons: Not l.ong hrs, because work so straneous
