Its tough to work with Chinese and it is also challenging because technology its from China most of it.what I like about this company is I always use my mind and being creative about How to fix a machine and make production as well as maintaining the machines but its fun somehow because its new to me at all but am doing all my best

Great experiance

I have started at Wangon in Mei 2019. It ia a family business, and I am learning so much. I met so many people that helped me to learn and understand the manufacturing side Everyone here feels like family and if it wasnt for the distance I have to travel every day, I woudnt have to go. My most challenging when I started here was to get an inventory system i to place

Nice environment

Monday to Friday work is great. Unfair treatment thou amount employees others get away with everything, whilst the rest get reprimanded. Salary is low Great learning opportunity thou. Awesome atmosphere The owner is amazing

Excellent learning invironment

Where i work its all about hard working and thinking because we work with people who are well known with technology all the way from china so its a bit tough at work because you should always be on top of your work day and night sometimes its good but its full of work than fun which is good because you learn everyday about machines how to fix or operate it.

Pros: working hard gives you an opportunity to be promoted because in this company power and strength is needed
Cons: I can work extra time also on satarday
