It's a bad place to work at. employee turnover is every two months. We don't get bonuses, no UIF, no medical aid, no provident fund. You are most definitely going to be overworked, harassed and underpaid. No appraisals, no proper reporting structure or appraisal structure.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn things by yourself.
Cons: 1 out of 10 you will be corrected. growth is very slow.

Excellent learning curve.I grew so much professionally

I learnt a lot from them.upskilled my knowledge in administration and basics of accounting in a work place.interacting with people from different departments and understanding the purpose of each department as well as their daily needs from the admin department.

Pros: There is always room for growth
Cons: no overtime
