I am currently a sheq and Risk manager which is a great achievement for me

I have learned a lot within this company as I have worked in different projects, maintenance, refinery, Paper Mill and mining. I am currently doing my second year BA Degree in Disaster and Safety Management

Pros: I started as scaffolding hand and I was promoted several times till today I'm holding a sheq manager position
Cons: We work 9.5 hours a day Monday to Saturday

Good

Always busy and no room for mistakes in my line of work, I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers. I don't really enjoy the work environment and feel like my chances of being promoted are not that high. I like my job but the working conditions make me not to enjoy it much.

Pros: challenging job
Cons: I feel underpaid

Exellent learning curve

Good company to learn alot and have done alot for me over the yearse been, the company is a good comoany, manafement is toos and always supportive and just a few employees are hardworkers, good company
