Thatvas a women i can achieve anything

As a young growing women in this industry on engineering i have to always prove that I'm capable of doing Mans Job and doing that has shown that i have strength i didn't know i had, i have discovered a lot about myself and enjoyed doing faults finding, also assembling and repairs as a Technician. I have learned that listening before answering is key and willing to learn every day improves one abilities in a higher level, and that i can not be right all the time. Team work is key and makes the area one is working in loveable and easy because i can't do anything by myself not that i can't but also working in a team builds trust and a good relationship with other. So all in all i have loved working as an Electronic Technician and still wanting to do more to improve myself as a young women in Engineering.

Organized,skilled,self-motivated,team player,& can perform well under no supervision

Am currently working at Wabtec South Africa as HR assistance. My duties are, Administration and management of personal files, dealing with employees queries on daily basis, General HR duties, Management of learnership programs, Submission of reports, Assist with stuff induction process. The highlights was when I was given a chance to be to ED Officer (economic development officer) for PRASA Project, I attended Labour Guide workshop (occupational injuries and diseases in the workplace), attended The Protection of Personal Information Act Seminar to enhance my Knowledge on the Human Resources

Pros: learning more and a chance to get out of my comfort zone
Cons: getting more time to fixed and come up with solution. in that process you learning

I regard myself as an organized,self-motivated and team player.

i prefer an office work, but where am able to work with people and interact a lot.am talkative person and employees find it easy to engage with me .key point i've learnt is listening skills. and that helps me solve problems and come up with solutions i enjoy seeing my self around people and interacting. that gives me a chance to learn.different kinds of personalities and teach me how to communicate .having to tell someone that, his contract is ending. especial when you have build a strong employee friendship.

Time management is Key.

Wabtec consists of a variety of engineering sections which include Electronics/Electrical and Mechanical fields, which requires one to be versatile.My highlights is Successfully completing one of the major projects(Transnet Project) in SA with recorded time, which evaluated me to always Manage time and give my all when working on a task.

Pros: Great Company to kick start your future.
Cons: Few working Stuff but loads of work.
