Excellent learning curve.

Relationship with direct Management is civil. Excellent learning curve. Something different with a lot of challenges. Great work colleagues. Learnt a lot of new things. Gained a lot of knowledge in the industry.

Great opportunity and wonderful learning curve

I had a sales meeting every morning to review our daily prospects and weekly targets. Our team worked well together with a positive spirit by uplifting and motivating each other. It was a great learning curve for me because when I joined the industry I did not have experience. I learned about the sales process from the beginning to the end, prospecting, needs analysis, closing a deal, delivering a car and preparing a deal file. The most part I enjoyed was the delivery part and seeing the happy look on the client's face when they accept their car. The most challenging part was when the client would cancel the deal after all the preparations has been done.
