Good learning and more experience

It was good working for VVM, I have gained lot of experience in communicating with debtors and more over educating them with more benefit of making payment. We were always working as a team as we have target to meet. Team work is more important. Enjoyed reaching my target as an agent knowing that I will make more money. It is challenging to talk with someone who is not willing to give you a chance to explain.

COMMUNICATION

Communication is the most important aspect as per clients. Finding a very difficult client and find it difficult to make an agreement with the client. Team work is considered more important as we have to reach the target as the team. Hard working pays. Reaching the target as the salary will increase.

excellent learning curve

I was a debt collector and I was enjoying my work, I interacted very well with other rmployees-my job was to collect debt from debtors and mske sure they pay, it was an excellent learning curve for me because I gsined experience, im able to use computers snd learnrt thst punctuality is important.

Pros: great opportunity for growth especially gsining experience
Cons: long working hours, not given time to rest

Giving more experience

Always communicating with different kind of debt and knowing how to handle them. Working as a team was our priority and always giving each other a shoulder to cry on. Putting focus on everything or the matter that you are dealing with and knowing that our clients pays our salary so they must always be happy with our collection.

Good learning programs

Always work as a team to achieve all the target needed per team and having moral support to all the members. Pushing for my daily target on a typical date such as the 07 of the month. Learning new things each day by having difficult debtors and dealing with them. Enjoy attending team building and sticking together in making progress in the company.
