MY HARD WORK PAYING OF

On a normal day i am expected to reach a KPI of 3 debit orders , online time of 6 hours 45 minutes and i need to make 20 catch up payments which mean i have to make arrangements that will pay within 7 days. I get along very well with my co-workers because i am a person who motivates and believes that anyone has a potential to reach their highest capability so they are motivated around me and are now eager that they can do more because i always tell them anything is possible because I lead by example I do not just tell them I lead the way. i have learnt to take charge in every situation and not dwell on problems but focus more on solutions. I enjoy being top collector and leading the way in terms of collections and talking to different people everyday on the phone. The most challenge is dealing with the most difficult debtors who are rude and i have to make them understand the reason for call we else they are well aware of whats going to happen on a call.

Pros: i have an upper hand because am the most performing agent on the book

Good experience

My name is ntombikayise seanego Im a call center agent at a debt collecting company at Vvm debt collectors it's a great atmosphere to work on a daily basis I can work under pressure I'm willing to recolate if my application has been approved I'm good team player, I work great with people , I'm willing to learn new things and try different skills to produce better results that will be required of me to do at the work place . Good working environment

I start a day by doing daily performance review and goal setting with the team. I do call evaluations as a way to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses. I enjoy marathon days and power hour with the team. I have strong relationship with my coworkers as we work as a team with one goal. I enjoy constructive criticism from my co-workers as I take it as away to improve myself. I also enjoy having team building with my team

A company that is most concerned with it's own wellbeing and not of the employees

Through working for VVM debt collectors, I've found that the salary does not cater to my living expenses Secondly the working hours are highly long The working conditions are ridiculously non beneficial to those on the hierarchy of employment A typical relationship with the employees in my perspective is non confidential The most difficult thing about the job is not being given the opportunity to be able to advance further studies by the company.Such is not condoned

Excellent learning curve.

My typical work day is mainly spent on the call with debtors, my relationship with coworkers is great since we work in teams. I have learnt how to professionally and calmly handle difficult debtors on the phone and the most challenging part of my job is working long hours.

Pros: Quick Customer service learning curve.
Cons: Long working hours.

Salary little

good company to work for. just that salary is low, no benefits. I have learned a lot in the company, very good environment for gaining experienced and grow in your career

Great learning experience

Vvm is a good company for someone who is new in the working world. Its great for learning the ropes on how to handle situation in a work related environment. As a person who wants to grow, I its not the place. Lately there hasn't been inhouse recruitment for higher position in the company.

Goal driven and ambitious lady.

I enjoy working in a environment full of challenges and competition.. I like change so i wish to work in a company were theres growth.. Iam a goal driven person ambitious..iam very curious so I ask a lot of question because I'm always willing to learn and understand..

Excellent learning experience

Working hour were unbearable and the salary wasn't good. My relationship with my colleagues was professional aemora. I have learnt a lot interm Talking to variety of of people. s of communication skills and the corporate world. I haviral booster. Reaching the monthly targets but I always managed to reach and surpass them.
