Ive learned a lot not only on experience but with how to work with people

Being at vuselela TVET College based at the Corporate Centre has really been amazing, having exposure in various departments has really shaped the way i see people not only the employees but our clients too. I have learned many skills like how to make copies, worked on the system as well as how and what the financial statements of the institution should be. I always enjoyed learning so moving to a new department was very exciting for me as you get learn what it is the department does and then master it. What challenged me a lot was change and how quick i was able to adapt to it.

Pros: Great opportunity to further study

Team work, Meet the deadlines, follow protocols, fair communi

As intern learned how to install a windows server operating system and how to configure it. I also learned to work on culturally diverse atmosphere. I like this job because i give back to my community and also help in schools around with IT challenges.

Pros: Knock off early in Friday and more holiday
Cons: Working long hours during bursary applications

IMPROVING MY SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

To undergo any training that will improve my level of competency and develop my skills. To adhere and abide by the terms and conditions stipulated by the employer. And to achieve a high level of competency in the field of Management Assistant ant other office work. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, peers across departments and stakeholders. Ability to delegate authority and responsibility with clear accountability and follow-up.

Pros: great opportunity for next promotion
Cons: half day hours
