Willing to learn

I have good relationship with my colleagues i enjoy working with, they are like my sisters,i have learnt a lot from the company , do roster changes on easy roster, load new employee files, capturing of sick notes,leave forms. i enjoyed most working with the HR. The most challenging is meeting the deadline for capturing the hours and the time sheet in time when close of business closes ion a weekend.

Pros: it is nice to work for the company but the don't acknowledge hard work
Cons: normal hours

I am a God Manager who believes in grooming young people for the future

I am a hard working individual who loves team work and will do anything to succeed. I don't mind working overtime. I enjoy people with a good sense of humor as long as they are equally hard working. I am loyal and trustworthy and support my Employer.

Pros: Most people had good working ethics and a good sense of humor.
Cons: As a woman I had to work harder to prove myself when Male employees enjoyed off time with their families

Love to sort out client and componey problems

Start in the morning by getting all the guy on the road planning their day, after will be booking in and out the stock needed for the days work, after I will attend to mail client queries and other question the may have, the go to problem site and sort out problems they may have and report to their management, then when I get home a will sent reports to all managers and client for what was done the day, I have a vibrant relationship with co-workers and we get along, I attended workshops every 6 month to keep up with the latest developments in the industry. I really enjoy the relations I have build with clients and co workers and like helping them. I find some of our client request challenging but like solving their problems.

I'm gaining experience in leadership as I'm controlling 22 officers per day

Being a control room operator is like being a heart of the company because in the control room is where everything begins and controlled I gained self confidence and got opportunity to learn different types of characters and how to handle all this types of people

Pros: Promotion comes with hard work self discipline and being commited to everything you do
Cons: Make sure to get enough rest in your rest days

Need better offer somewhere

I'm working as investigator of stdbank where I expect better salary that what i get.I wish someone out there can give me better for the job I'm doing.

I have the ability to transform any team in a winning one.

I have always been a hard worker and overtime has never been an issue. I enjoy working with people who is willing to work. I enjoy report writing as that is the only way that Management can see what has been done.

Pros: Minimize ATM attacks
Cons: Long hours

Learning Challanges and experiences

At Vusela Risk Services I have learnt and is still learning new criminal trends and ways in which crime is being committed. I have a great working relationship with co-workers, as most of the information received come through my desk on a daily basis. What I enjoy most of all at the work that I am doing, is that its is always changing and never the same. To try and keep up with new criminal trends is a challenge which I Enjoy.

Pros: New learning experience every day on the job
Cons: Keeping up wirh new Modus Operandi can sometimes be a dificult challange
