Good learning experience

I am a very hard worker and I will do anything for my work. I always make sure that my work is done 100%. I am a fast learner and are not scared to learn things I don't know. The current company is not bad it is just I don't want to work shifts or weekends anymore. I want a normal work. I have a family now and there is no grow for me in the company. I want to work for a company where I can grow in or with the company
