Typical work day begins at 07h30; ends at 16h30 for me, My role includes admin and drafting and amending policies and procedures, supervising graduate, getting though the string of people constantly ant my desk. I have a great relationship with 99% of my co-workers, It comes naturally to me and people feel at ease opening up to me. I have learned that people are by nature, self serving and you need to conduct yourself with integrity, in an ethical manner so regardless of what situation you find yourself in, you are able to hold true to yourself. What I enjoy most is finding solutions, making positive changes. My biggest challenge is trying to create a positive company culture out of an extremely dysfunctional one.
