Great expirience

Working at Vumatel has taught me to be able to work in a large environment to handle matters in a responsible way and manner. Working hours were okay and my days there were as different as anyone would expect I mean we ll know hat some days are better than others but others would be the worst. Relationship with my fellow team was not firm enough at times we would face trust issues or communication. Well I would say I have enjoyed most of the things that has happened because they were all lessons to me and have taught me to be strong to handle pressure and challenges as well.The most challenge that I would face day in and out was telephone calls that would bounce back to me because some department would not pick up and I would have to answer to things that I didn't know how ever the challenge was a lesson as well.

Cons: Normal working hours

Good communicator

I am hardworking, motivated and dedicated individual who is willing to learn and perform tasks given. I can work as an individual and as a team player and can work under pressure. I am computer Literate (MS Office).I have the ability to use and configure Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1

Learning and opportunity

I will come in and I will contact developers and see what they have coming up, I will then meet with them and secure further developments for the year so that we can put our infrastructure in. I will also manage a team and organise activations weekly to see where we need to target in order to gain more interest. I work very closely with the team as they need to co-ordinate with me where we need to host the activations ignored to gain more interest. I enjoy working with my team a lot and thinking of new and create ways of gaining interest. Most challenging aspect of my job will be in qualifying an area. I work with the marketing team as well to get new collateral and find new ways of doing our marketing ignored to get the attention of the residents and to make it new and exciting.

Fibre network technician

I am a fibre optic technician and I am looking forward to be a manager one day. I have extensive experience in the field of IT from networking to computer engineering and also point of sale...I had blast in my experience as a field tech at gaap point of sale and bytes as a tech I enjoyed that job more than I enjoyed anything and fell in love with it. My field currently teaches me a lot in fibre I like solving problems and see happy face on the clients..I have a good relationship with my co-workers and the most challenging aspect of my job getting a difficult client who doesn't understand my type of work and I have to convince them to see things the best way for us to help each other.

Pros: promoted to pmo and maintenance technician
Cons: i work a ten hour shift everyday

Excellent learning curve in how not to do things and how things can be done better

get to site, delegate work that needs to be done to supervisors/ site manager. Quality inspection of pervious days work measure work of previous day. compile day to day report. we have a very friendly work environment and that makes a better working environment for our team. I've learnt things where we have gone wrong as a company as a whole. i.e. process and planning are not sufficient and teams are suffering due to this. our team has tried to over come these problems with little to no help from senior / top management. I enjoy managing my civil teams as we get along really well as well as my manager. most challenging things we are currently struggling with is material shortages and shortages of builds. suppliers cant keep up with our demand and our production suffers due to this. and we have a shortage of builds we build are such a pace that there isn't enough builds to keep out teams busy.

Learnt alot about the technical working world

The Company is a very good place for those who want to learn a lot in a short space of time. Easy work environment. Very Easy to get work done. Ive enjoy my time there but looking for a job closer to home as they are moving to far for me to afford to get to get to work.

Challenging work culture

Am a self-motivated person with constant focus on my work, I hold a National Diploma for Engineering field where I acquired the knowledge of Network systems. Have passion to learn, pay attention to details, can work with a team and without supervision, can meet up with deadlines.
