Documents controlling, and update register Publish updated documents on Share-point and remove old revision from share-point Assist health and Safety officer with compiling file for tenders Scanning of approved health and safety files from Sub-contractors Issue NCR no: for internal Audit and, register NCR from internal and external Auditors Filling for SHEQ dep, and Archiving, monitoring Archive room for company Looking after Metro-file and Shred-it account Sent out invites for SHEQ Induction training create requisition for PPE registering of incidents and damage and submit to insurance
