Excellent learning curve.

It is an excellent learning curve, so far, I have learned a lot and I have grown professionally. I even did new IT certificates recently to improve myself. There's teamwork because everyone shares information and they always willing to help if help needed, there is also an opportunity to participate on other sections, since there's ICT and Voice sections, just to gain more experience on the industry. The management is professional, they ensure that the line of communication is always open, they ensure that you are comfortable on your daily tasks and other aspects. I enjoy working with my teammates because they can share information, and ability to assist you if you need help. Everyone is hands on, and willing to learn from you as well. It is an excellent learning curve, so far, I have learned a lot and I have grown professionally. I even did new IT certificates recently to improve myself.

Pros: Great opportunity to more about Telecommunication industry
Cons: Long travel almost everyday
