Hardworking alwasy go the extra mile

Good Day, A typical day is where i see members face to face dealing with query and in some cases problem solving if they want to cancel. My relationship with my co-workers is very good i like to build a working relation ship where i get to know my co-workers in case we need to help each other there is a willingness to do so. What i have learn over my course of 2 years working here is dealing with people understanding people and how to listen to some one and not just hear what they have to say. Trying to help them as much as possible even if it take more time out of my day. What do i enjoy most its simple people i am very good at dealing with people understanding how each other works. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with Irated members (angry members) how to calm them down and how to go forward and make them as happy as possible.

Pros: Able to deal with Directors on a weekly bases change of promotions are always there
Cons: Long working hours

Hard work and determination

I'm always early getting everything ready for the day to start, as soon as we get our bank statements the day can start and I work quickly and accurately making sure I don't make mistakes on a bank account. After all the bank statements are finished I start doing filling or make sure that all my work is finish before I go home. My relationship to my co-workers were very good, we sit together in our lunch times and help each other were needed so that everyone's work is finished before we leave. I have learned a lot about working together and to work fast and accurate and about bookkeeping and sorting problems out. I enjoyed working with my other colleagues the only thing is we had very long hours with no overtime, that's why I left the company. The most challenging aspect that I had is to make sure that I don't make mistakes on a bank account or that all my bank statement balanced at the end of the day.

Pros: I have learned a lot of bookkeeping
Cons: NO OVERTIME FOR LONG HOURS WORK
