Excellent learning curve, Giving learners opportunities learn as much as they can

I used to work from 7am to 4pm and we start our day with safety talk every morning Safety conscious and able to ensure safe working environment to work in. The friendly management we have, their doors are always open when you want to talk to them, not mentioning our Foremans/supervisors who are always willing to give a helping hands, whatever that is challenging you they are always there for you to get the solutions. Working hands in hands with Boilermakers and that gave me an opportunity to read and understand the drawing. Experience of Hand and Workshop Tools.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions, Allows you to learn all different process of Welding
Cons: Long working hours
