Pros: • Operate and maintain electrical instruments, equipment, components and products for the company. • Coordinate the installation, maintenance, support and testing of electricity system/equipment to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirements. • Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. • Attending to City of Tshwane customer queries in terms of the following; normalization of tempered meters, reconnecting burnt electric Wires on the Network and identifying illegal connections and applying of corrective measures. • Study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements. • Investigate customer or public complaints, determine the nature and extent of problems and recommend remedial measures. • Compile data and write weekly reports

No growth

The company is growing but employees don't get the opportunity to make decisions or grow within the company. The work environment is straineous including the working hours. No overtime paid to office staff when working late.
