Lerning Curve

Currently I am employed as a service desk engineer at Vox telecom; I have been with the organization for the past 5 years and have gained enormous experience in Technical Troubleshooting,and providing support to users when encountering internet problems or issues. Furthermore, I’m proficient in performing technical needs in order to provide a support which will completely meet the objectives and increase the revenue of the organization. To add to that I’m a dedicated goal driven employee, who possess great presentation skills, willing to work as part of a team or at own initiative, I also have great interpersonal and communication skills which enable me to build and maintain excellent client relationships. I completed my diploma at Vaal University Of technology during the year 2009

Excellent growth and learning

My day to day tasks include research and development of skills, my fellow employees make it a nice working environment and enjoyable. Through the years I have expanded my knowledge from windows servers, networking all the way past security and linux environmnets. The thing I enjoy the most is administrating linux servers and setting up the environmnets. Challenges that makes you stay up at night researching and bettering the solution gives me a thrill and adds to the exitmnet

I can pay attention to detail, fast learner, able to work under pressure,

Receiving and allocating stock stock, monthly stock take,sales and purchasing also delivery notes,invoices, packing stock on shelves, working on spread sheet,

I am good at what i do

i am working as a service engineer at vox for the past 5 years,it is good to be here but now i am looking for a new challenge. working with client is giving me chance to help people and the feeling of making someones day good that all it matters to me

I am currently employed by Voxtelecom as a Warehouse Manager.I have experience in Warehouse ,Stock and staff Management.I have 2 Receiving Storeman,2Desptach Clerks and Data capturer reporting to me

Stepping stone

A self-motivated passionate and enthusiastic team player with problem solving and IT Skills, I intend to contribute seeking challenging and growth within IT field. I am to continue studying IT in order to keep up to date. My ultimate goal is to become an IT Network Administrator and become financially secured.
