Good for someone in the plumbing industry

the company itself is a good environment for someone who wants to be in the plumbing industry full time. the hours are good,a typical work day from Monday- Friday is 7-16:00. Obviously for the guys on site, its a different situation depending on deadlines. relationship between co-workers is excellent because most of them i worked with them before on site which makes life much easier and we can understand each other more. i have learnt plumbing fittings

Cons: reporting structure confusing at times

Professional. Accountable

I have to drive 20+ km to get to our office where I meet with my supervisor who discusses the work I and my assistant/s will do for the day and which parts of the city we will operate in. I enjoy following all installation instructions and working according to SANS laws, I do not do Mcguyvers. I have learned that following the plumbing guidelines leads to long lasting installations. The most challenging aspects of my job is when a client suddenly changes a plan.

Pros: Always something to do
Cons: Deductions due to no insurance.
