Good experience to test your work ethic

Working at Vonetsra Marketing has taught me good work ethic, tolerance and problem solving. It is a good place to learn about sales and marketing, working with customers and developing your entrepreneurial skills. There may be a few flaws with the company, such as lack of management, lack of organization, charges that are deducted from your pay without your knowledge or permission as well as the employees not being honest about the company in order to protect the integrity of the company so as to not scare away new employees. It was an experience I was glad to have and I have come out of it more developed professionally and mentally, however I would suggest that anybody thinking of being employed at Vonestra Marketing should do thorough research on the company.

Pros: Great opportunity to be challenged
Cons: Remuneration is not satisfying.

Excellent learning curve

You have to report to the main office at 6am in the Moreno g. 6am to 8am you learn about different ways of being able to sell products successfully. You sell products from 9am to 5pm. Report back to office to review your day and notice your mistakes. Office closes at 7pm.

Pros: Great educational sales kit
Cons: Long working hours and only commission based
