Gained some experience

Wonderful company to work for, however not much for growth. Not much of a challenge and no freedom to be YOU. Im not much of a talker but communicate well if it's work related. Different systems, was challenging but managed quite well. Got the hang of it. Some glitches now and then. I like working independently so not being micro managed by superior is what I enjoy most. As long as I have a productive day. When you did your bit and the other party doesn't respond or exclude you from a response. Makes you kinda look like a fool in a meeting, challenging but good review and outcome.

Cons: Traffic in and out

Excellent experience gained in intellectual property law

During a typical day I would screen telephone calls, draft correspondence, complete and file various documents for both local and international patent applications and attend to certain aspect of patent litigation. I also attend to travel arrangements, including visas, flights and vehicle hire and a minimal amount of personal work for my employer. I enjoy working with people, especially in a team environment but am more than capable of working independently and taking intiative.

Pros: Good working environment
Cons: Communication is lacking
