I am male who loves the sales enviroment , my job entails selling face to face to customer , on floor and out to customers, licensing , handing over , completion of credit forms I love to work as a team and always willing to assist and support . Learning curve

My previous journyman and employers have always commended me for the level of profensionality i bring to a team.My motivations include learning new things as well as challenging myself constantly to do better and better. Willing to learn more

We have our busy days more especially from Monday morning work load gets too much based on the fact that we as a team have to make sure that our weekend work is completed in order for us to deliver vehicles to our customers in time.That is only archivable due to our commited teammates.(Team spirit).Each teammate has his/her own role to play in order for the team to deliver on time.We make working fun since we spend most of our time at work.By working as a team,it helps us to avoid to work long hours in order for us to deliver on time even though thou that's not possible.

Given me the platform to learn more skills and become excellent in my job

I enjoy my job, but like any job it has it challenges. The trucking industry is at a very difficult phase and therefore it is more difficult to create the necessary income.

I am young patient man who love people and to work with them. I respect people regardless of culture or back ground .I love to work under pressure and work as team.I love chalengies and I love to see everyone around the environment I am in happy.

Good learning experience

Good management Good environment Safety environment Active workers Good 5s, the company is very great to work for. I learnt a lot during my learnership, the workers are very active. Breakfast and lunch is provided for free amongst all Volvo employees. Good toilet facilities although they still need to be extended. This is a growing company and in the near future I see them being a winning team and achieving a lot.

All in a days wrk

A typical work day begins at 6.30 when I arrive at work to ensure that clients ate not kept waiting. The rush begins as I sign in all clients and ensure that they are comfortable. During the day communication between my myself and the work shop takes place. I love my job however there is no room for growth and join acknowledgement of hard work hence I desire a change. I have good relationship with people in every department. I have learnt during my 3 years at my present company to build healthy relationships.

Cons: No growth or appreciation
