I am like second in charge to my current manager

1. I have learnt to address conflict issues 2. I have been involved in reduction of headcount when the company was going lean 3. I have a good relationship with assemblers, team leaders and other employees from other departments 4. I have learnt how to develop individuals as I was mentoring Team Leaders and 2 in-service training students 5. The most challenging part is to work in an unionized industry 6. I enjoy most when Production KPIs are met and maintained

Pros: I stand a good chance to become an Engineering Manager when the expatriot from Sweden leaves in the next 2 years
Cons: Long drive from home
