It's a nice environment to work on but has its days.. I've learned that I have to be patient when working with the people I'm working with.. And learnt how to handle stress better. Also we work with a lot of people from different walks of life. With strong characters so dealing with that is hard. But I had to learn to work with them.i can say I work very well with my co-workers because we're a team and we want to achieve the same goal

Financial accounting duties.

Learnt how to deal with different personality types. Knowledge on systems, processes, people skills and communication has grown. I enjoy the challenges, problem solving and satisfying customers.

Pros: Great opportunity to develop oneself and alot of diversity
Cons: lack of communication, no management support, too many changes too often
