Excellent learning curve

o To accurately capture invoices in the accounting systems in order to effect payment on time o Ensure invoices are properly authorized in accordance with levels of authority and allocate it to correct Supplier & General Ledger accounts on a daily basis o Check & match invoices against orders database o Payment of Invoices o Sending Remittance Advices to supplier after completion of the Payment Run o Filing of Invoices after Payment Run o Accurately prepare Monthly reconciliations of Creditors Accounts Statements against the A/P o Age Analysis. o Accurately reconcile G/L and Creditors Accounts on a Monthly basis to make sure that o accounts are correctly balanced o Manage chain accounts o Follow-up and resolve outstanding claims and invoices
