Its a good company but no growth

It was great being in charge of the floor,staff,admin,everything. making sure targets are met and the store looks virtually appealing to customers, and knowing they are getting great service.

Learning experience

I've I learned from my co workers and I shared anything that has to improve us as a company to grow . a lot On a typical day we do fight as to how has the best Idea to make the day to day work but we try to give each other a chance to lead us into some of the way they teach us it's not easy to admit to a bad decisions but we learn as we go leader ship skills is very important as you need to leave early to get on time and set a daily goal and time frame for us to meet our goal

Likes to work as a team and individual and I am a good listener.

I have learned how to build a good relationship with customers and colleagues, customers are very important and always makes sure you do follow up with them. I enjoy challenges and have the utmost self-confidence in rising to the best of my ability.

It was the best company to work for but just a few things they need to change.Because happy employees equals to great turnover.So they need to take care of their employees and stop favouritism then everything will work out fine.

Excellent learning

I am an individual with a strong personality,I am energetic,Helpful,and I love leaning.I had an opportunity of working in the retail environment for the past 2 years or so,I can execute company customer service standards,And I can follow company policies and procedures,I am a team player who is customer orientated and I can relate to people from different culture and back rounds,I can maintain and increase sales,I can ensure that the correct amount and payment type is used when applying payment,I can ensure a clean and tidy store in order to enhance display of the store and I can ensure that stock levels are correct and minimize stock losses.

Learning curve when it came to linen

I'm a fast learner,motivated,tough,team worker,goal driven etc.It was fun to have a team that works with me eve though it was tough at first but I managed to get them on my side.
