General day

The company that i work for mainly focus on delivering the best customer service to the uk market, too resolve any queries on first contact. We strive at rendering great customer service as well as a great working environment for all workers. Typically all days starts off with there own crisis sometimes it's systems related other days staff related. Normally my day starts of by seeing if there is any HR queries pending my team regardless of the nature e.g. late coming, absenteeism, then I'll start looking at the previous days performance to see what we can improve on and who need to focus on what, all these focus areas will be discussed in the morning huddles for each team member to set the targets for the day. During the course of the day will be monitoring, checking on new business updates and being team support on queries. The relationships that i have built with co-workers can vary from being like a close-nit family to casual neighbours.

Multinational company with a very competitive Environment, and hard opportunities.

The best environment in matter of educating professionalism and how to be business oriented, simply put if you have the will you will gain the skill. Friendly, yet competitive colleagues pushing to exceed my limits, and exceeding the Bar of expectations is a must to be able to shine among st them. I have gained an experience that is priceless in that place, now I can proudly say that the account manager come asking questions about policy and process of some customer requests. Best thing about this job is a hard a call every day, from struggling hard enough to convince the customer that I am calling from Vodafone to finishing it with a sale, and more importantly a big thank you from the customer. The hardest part that I have been struggling with! is implementing new innovative ideas that makes things easier in reality shape, executing a project or even a program to use is not that easy. Despite it sound hard to accomplish, I always come through even if I have to learn about the thing from the scratch.

Pros: if I got the chance to get into operation management I will have the experience to run my own business.
Cons: yeah actually long working hours, but more importantly no career path and not enough revenue in return for the effort.

I am a gotter and a quick leaner

With my experience I have learned that I that feiling to resolve client is coursed by poor listening and never over promise and under deliver product knowledge is the key minimus call back by giving excellent customer service and always stay professional.

Pros: Hard work is the key in being promoted and I am a born leader
Cons: Working 8:00 to 17:00
