Good learning curve.

We had a 9hr day contract including our breaks however the contract has changed and now work 10hr shifts. Our incentive structures have been removed. We are not respected as employees nor as people. Employees have been known to discourage new recruits and advised them to seek employment elsewhere.pay is almost never right. This is not a career environment that cares about others because not only are the customers leaving but their employees are leaving too.

Cons: The long hours. Never being heard. Never valued.

- A typical work day would usually contain communication with various Project stakeholders, team leads and business. Updating the status of previous day and planning the next steps of the project. Addressing any blockers to ensure a continuous delivery flow. Facilitating meetings to resolve risks and issues, checking on Budgets and liaising with external partners - Your relationship with co-workers We have developed a tight group of co workers where communication is at the heart of our success. Our Agile teams are well matured and practiced art the art of delivering requirement in an agile structure. The team members would raise any issues with me that require input, and a mutual trust and reliance on each other is evident. we respect each other and offer constructive feedback within the team. - What you have learnt I have learned to entrust my co-workers with the work required and provide input when expectations are not clear.
