current employed at Vodacom Gateway Repairs and Customer Service Center. My experience In Customer Service, Cellphone Sales and Stock Controller makes me suitable for any position in Sales and Customer services. As I have ability to apply this skills to produce quality work. I have spent ten (10) years dealing with different levels of Clients and customs in the cellphone environments. My experience include dealing with all complains telephonically in Switch board operator desk as well Face to Face with customers , based on unsatisfied clients, assisting of operating new dives. I am an ambitious, Self-efficient, Punctual, Responsible, Reliable, outgoing, articulate, hardworking and confident person with remarkable leadership qualities. Also accompanied by, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills and I am team player. I would like to thank you for the time spent on my application, and will certainly make myself available for an interview when called

Quick to adjust to every challenge that I came across

Every single day you meet different customers, that will be your happy or sad customer that walk in the store but however the most crucial thing is to always have a smile on your face regardless how he or she feels at the present moment.the best way to treat a customer is to try not to make her or him wait until she or he lose patientce try to be quick as you can to serve a difficult customer,there is too much pressure if you not being honest with your customers no matter how bad it may sound to them you just need to be open with them to avoid chaos in the shop.there's alot you can learn n the store how to deal with sorts case scenario you just need to have knowledge and confident in everything you do and always have each other's back as team.working together it manipulate every circumstances for one triumph.

Pros: You learn something new almost every day and you need to have a solution towards every walk in customers
Cons: Working long hours from 8h30am -19h00pm

I’m willing to relocate , and I have abilities and skills for working under pressure Teamleade Working with people Good verbal and writing skills Multi tasking organization Abilities of following procedures and meeting deadlines

Excellent experience gained confidence and ability

Working for Vodacom I enjoyed every day when wake up in had it mind I want to serve .co workers we worked as a family pity our boss never sees our efforts and our extra time that we invest. The challenges in faced it was when a customer brings back a device after a day or two that he/she wants to cancel the contract he no longer interested and also when booking devices for Repairs.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: The hours were reasonable working normal hours

Expected to deliver and giving the best service there is out there

A good day at work means a day where the sales went well not only did one sell accessories but devices as well and with a healthy competition amongs6staff members

Pros: Get commission
Cons: If no targets reached only take basic salary
