Great learning curve, new experiences and market

I work well under pressure, and I thrive in a busy environment. I am also great at working in a team. I have acquired new knowlege on Telecommunications and Service Management. I enjoyed working with customers and maintaining relationships. The most challenging aspects of the job were satisfying difficult customers and managing workload during busy times of the month.

Cons: No room for growth
