Working relationship

i work well with colleques and train new staff from time to time based on my work experience. I started as a credit controller to a team manager in a short space of time. I also cope under pressure since we work with client that have different personalities and attitudes.

Pros: im looking for a position that will grow me as an individual both mentally and carreer wise
Cons: i work long hours when need be and on weekends to main good customer service

Good way to gain knowledge and experience in telecoms

Front line new technology driver

Chasing new technology in the market exposing staff to the front line of new technology Great physical working environment Great self learning online training Flexible work hours, environment, social and entertainment areas The company is too fast paste as the industry changes fast leaving staff overworked

Excellent learning curve

A good environment filled with alot of innovative people who are always up for new challenges, deadlines are not meant to pass time, having to work in different departments taught me a lot about the company goals and objectives... Vodacom it's like a country on its own ran by professional people

Team player

On daily basis, I deal with escalated store and customer queries where I have to resolve end to end. My direct customers are Field service consultants, County managers, Go to Market department and executive management team on which I am their support line. What I enjoy about my job is the fact that I deal with different people and scenarios on which I have to assist in resolving their escalations and travel across the region to interact with store personnel and provide support.

Pros: Growth within the institution
Cons: long working hours

Great learning opportunities

I have learnt alot from my intership at Vodacom and I am quite passionate about the work I do. My colleagues are supportive and always assist whenever they can.

Working at Vodacom

I am currently on a Women Leadership Programme which has shaped me in many facets in becoming a leader. I strongly believe being the leader that I want my peers, leaders or colleagues to be. I have believe in doing what's right and I serve on the Ethics committee and have a beautiful relationship across all levels of employees.

Dead end

I feel like I have reached my dead end no room for growth , we have a great relationship with my co-workers and I wish I could say the same with my bosses , I do not enjoy my job at all and the most challenging aspect is that I have to prove myself everyday to people who they think they come first before the client .
