Stepping stone

I dont have much experiance about dept collection but iv been doing customer service for than 3years,canvassing,selling insurance (outbound) and doing customer service (inbound).so working with customers is in me so i believe im the right person fir this job.

Nice environment but the working shifts suck

You are paid according to the time worked so i wouldnt say theres basic salary.because less hours worked less money you get.the people there are very kind and they always make you feel at home.i loved working there but i think its not good for me because i want a stable salary

Stepping stone

Vodacom its a big company wereby a day i would take +100 calls a day different customers.iv learnt tearm work,understanding customers and serving good customer service.with the experience that i have i believe that i diserve the job im applying for right now.
