Customer service experience in the telecommunications industry 1 year and on a typical day we assist our clients with contract issues like update and capture personal or banking details ,we send invoices and statements to ensure a transparent payment plan we monitor give feedback on Arrangements done.

Be patient and always listen to your customers

Our work inviroment is stressful , full of irate client .but it's a place where you get to push yourselves out of your comfort zone ,query escalation and invoice queried, sim swaps device inspection and data transfer , device troubleshooting

Pros: Growth of moving to work for vodacom direct
Cons: Weekend work not good

I understand how to work with the latest technology. How to collaborate with the variety of co-worker's and how to meet deadlines. My Skills,experience and positive attitude prepare me. My passion for my work makes me an ideal candidate I take a great pride watching a project develop. I am detail-oriented, committed and focused. My computer and communication skills prepare me for a variety of tasks.
