Excellent Learning curve

Work with clients mostly and fixing and selling gadgets, I have learned a lot when it comes to customers service and communication both clients and colleagues I enjoyed the team work and my most difficult challenge was dealing with a new problem which helps a lot in learning new things.

Great communication and customer interaction skills obtained working at the cellular store and ability to maintain the relationship with customer for future business.work as a team to maintain the store cleanliness and give good services. .motivate staff to reach targets.read every day bulletins to update staff with new projects or services. Go on trainings for new systems updates and services.

Good learning environment

I'm currently in a very small business sector compared to where I have worked before, The working hours are not bad except weekends ,I would love to work from Monday till Friday .I have very good relationship relationship with my colleagues.What I enjoy most about my work is working with different kinds of characters it has thaught me a lot of patience,and understanding .

Pros: Being introduced to responsibility. Eg dealing with claims and accounts
Cons: Working over weekends and public holidays.

I was Retrenched

I enjoyed my work place, I enjoyed working with my stuff,we had our UP's and down's work related,everyday was a challenged day such as promotions, management meetings, stuff meetings. I have learn alot from my coworkers, such as the system change's.

Pros: Good company to work for.
Cons: 8:00 till 18:00
