Excellent learning curve

Working for the Vodacom Call Centre is very exciting, can be very challenging at times because you deal with different customers with different queries and you must have a way of dealing with them differently and use the appropriate approach to every customer that you're assisting at that particular time. I am always looking forward when they introduce new products and services as well and the support that we receive from the management as well as colleagues within the team.

Learning curve

We are a team and help each other..the name vodacom gives you a foot in the door.I.have been in cellular for 13 years and started as a consultant I was then a manager and now corporate sales rep.there is no room to grow further .I know this industry inside out,and feel its time for a new challenge.

Pros: Vodacom name sells it self
Cons: Expensive compared to market,no room for growth

Excellent learning and growth experience

I have Service Management experience for Call Centre, Retail, Government and Finance sectors. I worked on the Sanlam account where Call Centre Wall boards and 24/7 uptime efficiency and uptime is critical. My technical and SLA knowledge is an asset.

Too m

ny meetimgs that there issometimes no timI work long hoursas we are overloaded with work. Not having to work weekends are nice. We havetoo many meetings that takes up of ourtimee fof a lunch nreak. Overloa ded with work and too little resources.

Excellent in adapting in a new environment with new people

My current job always improve my communication skills and enjoy helping client with any assistant through telephonic-ally and even face to face.It has groom me to be able to work under-pressure in a fast pace ,working with different people in a way that we get the job accomplished in a given period of time with respect to one another and build my personality along with a smile which makes me to be approachable for any assistance needed.
