My confidence level has grown and my approach on speaking became clearer

going into the world can be scary when you done with school but when u come across people who support and motivate you it becomes much easier. I have learnt a lot while working and build more experience and self confidence.customers can be annoyed because of time being wasted due to systems being slow but I've learn to calm them when they most angry.

Pros: The company is huge so transferring would be an option

Excellent learning curve

It's always exciting and looking forward going to work. I enjoy working as an individual as well a team, I get along with my colleagues and find it very interesting dealing with different clients with different queries. The most challenging part is when you get to deal with an irate customer that's whereby you have to have an approach and a way of addressing the problem.

Excellent Customer Service

Very stressful to work with difficult client on daily basis, it can be challenging sometimes when customers ask for impossible things. Have a good relationship with all my colleagues including the owner.

Excellent team

Working at 4U for 6 years has been challenging and fun at the same time. In a retail environment no day is the same, there is always something different that we are faced with. We work together has a team and sort out anyour issues good or bad. We achieved the best team in 2011/12 in Vodaworld. We are ranked the highest with best customer service in vodaworld. You only good has you team. We not just a team we are "family"

Bad environment to work in.

I am good at what i do i know how to communicate with customers and can sell anything .i am good at what i do because i know ways you should be when you with a customer which is patient and calm , know how to communicate with them, be always in a good mood leave your drama at home..i enjoy working at my company because of the customers but I can't continue working the because the manager dsnt know how. To treat his workers he shouts everyday sometimes even for nothing and really doesn't know how to talk to i am ok i want to leave soon.

Target driven place.

My work place is a very busy environment that teaches you Time management. I have been working for the company for exactly 7years and it has been nothing but taughtful. My relationship with my co workers is healthy as we can sit one another down and Sort our differences out, yes we humans beings and we make mistakes. I have learned things like customer care, team work, leadership skills, service delivery and customer interaction skills. I enjoy interacting with different kinds of characters as i tend to adapt some good behaviors. The challenges i have came across are, I remember when i had to change my Everyday routine of working as Vodacom has changed the system and nobody has went fir training, we had to train ourselves and get it done.
